Marvellous and comfortable location, by tram. Also - near to tram/bus/shopping mall, the Old City and Bazar, and restaurants.

Our room had a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a mini fridge, with great city views; the hotel's location was convenient, close to the tram, bus.

Everything was very good, perfect service, marvellous location really close to tram station, Antalya Marka mall, close to many grocery and restaurants, and restaurants and cafes. The beds were comfy, the room was absolutely stunning. Had a shower, hairdryers, and bath sheets in the bathroom. The staff was very pleasant, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge.

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved the place. The breakfasts were great for the value. The hotel staff was affable and super friendly, they all greeted us. The location of the property was convenient - around 10-15 minutes walk from a Roman gate:)))

The hotel was well-maintained and fully equipped. The staff, especially the manager, were super friendly. The double room was equipped with central heating, a private safe, and a flat-screen TV. it was brand-new with a private bathroom. I'd definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Antalya.

Guests can enjoy the convenience of being just a short walk away from these amenities, while also being able to retreat to a peaceful environment, away from the noise of the city. The rooms are well-maintained and clean, with glistening floors and fresh towels. The staff is supportive and warm, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

Some guests have reported issues with noisy neighbors who disrupt the peace and quiet of the hotel. Etiquette and respect from these individuals have been lacking, making it challenging for the hotel staff to address the problem effectively.

Traveling solo, I felt safe and welcomed at this hotel. The staff was friendly and warm, and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. Within walking distance, I found lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants, and the tram station was just a five-minute walk away. The hotel's convenient location in the city centre made it easy to reach the main attractions, which were only a fifteen-minute walk away. The buffet breakfast was nice, offering a variety of food options, and the aircon in my room was a plus.

The facilities at Grand Nergiz Otel were modern and well-maintained. We loved the convenient location with plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance. The tram station was just a short 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. We also appreciated that the main attractions were only a 15-minute walk from the hotel. The buffet breakfast offered a nice variety of food options, and we enjoyed starting our day with a delicious meal. The room had air conditioning, which was a relief during the hot weather. The soundproofing was excellent, as we had no issues with noise during our stay. it was a good experience with good value for money.

One drawback was the shower, which didn't drain properly, causing a bit of inconvenience. We reported the issue, but it was never fixed.

I always return to my favorite place with no doubts. The staff found and returned my forgotten headphones on my first visit. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, laundry and a restaurant make this place perfect for me. Can't wait to be back for Christmas!

Incredible location with easy access to public transportation, helpful and friendly staff, spacious and well-equipped rooms including a GREAT bathroom, comfortable mattress and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep, powerful air conditioning, convenient phone in the room.

The breakfast was tasty, and I enjoyed the Mediterranean options. The hotel's location was excellent, with a supermarket nearby, and a big shopping mall just a short walk away. The room amenities were great, including the AC, mini fridge, shampoo, and shower gel.

My Christmas stay was marred by the noisy neighbors I had. They kept me up at night, shouting and banging doors.
